歡迎使用狐吉記帳（Foxy Pouch，以下稱「我們」）。註冊或使用狐吉記帳，就表示你已閱讀並同意這份條款與
隱私權政策。
1. 服務內容
狐吉記帳是一個記帳工具，提供個人記帳、帳戶管理、預算、存錢目標、待買清單、定期與分期帳務、共同帳本與分帳結算等功能，目前免費使用。我們可能會新增、調整或停止部分功能，重要的變更會在 App 內公告。
2. 你的帳號
- 請使用你自己能收信的 Email 註冊，並妥善保管密碼。
- 帳號只供你本人使用，請不要把帳號借給別人或冒用他人身分。
- 發現帳號被他人使用時，請盡快修改密碼並聯絡我們。
3. 使用規範
使用狐吉記帳時，請不要：
- 用於任何違法用途，或記錄、上傳違法、侵權、猥褻、騷擾他人的內容（包括大頭貼、帳本名稱、備註）。
- 未經同意邀請他人加入共同帳本，或冒用他人名義記帳。
- 攻擊、干擾、破解系統，或用程式大量存取服務。
4. 共同帳本
- 同步到共同帳本的帳務，帳本中的所有成員都看得到。
- 分帳、結算與幫別人記帳的結果，由成員之間自行確認。狐吉記帳只提供計算與紀錄工具，不經手、不保管任何金錢，也不介入成員之間的金錢往來或糾紛。
- 帳本建立者可以移除成員或刪除帳本；刪除帳本時，帳務會留在各自的個人帳本，分攤與結算紀錄會刪除。
5. 你的資料
你輸入的記帳資料屬於你。你可以隨時修改、刪除或匯出成 CSV / Excel。我們如何處理你的資料，請見隱私權政策。建議你定期匯出備份重要的資料。
6. 免責聲明
- 狐吉記帳的金額、統計、預算與分帳結果都依你輸入的資料計算，僅供參考，不構成財務、稅務、法律或投資建議。
- 匯率與加密貨幣價格來自第三方服務，可能有延遲或誤差。
- 我們會盡力維持服務穩定，但不保證服務永遠不中斷、沒有錯誤。因系統維護、網路或第三方服務故障、天災等不可抗力造成的中斷或資料損失，我們不負賠償責任。
- 在法律允許的範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本服務所造成的間接損失不負責任。
7. 停止使用與終止
你可以隨時停止使用狐吉記帳，並依隱私權政策要求刪除帳號與資料。如果你違反這份條款，我們可以暫停或終止你的帳號。
8. 條款修改
我們可能會修改這份條款，修改後會更新本頁的生效日期；有重大變更時會在 App 內通知你。修改後你繼續使用，就表示同意新的條款。
9. 準據法
這份條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

Welcome to Foxy Pouch (狐吉記帳, "we"). By signing up for or using Foxy Pouch, you agree to these terms and our
Privacy Policy. If this English version differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. The service
Foxy Pouch is a money-tracking tool offering personal records, accounts, budgets, savings goals, shopping lists, recurring bills and installments, shared ledgers and settlements. It is currently free. We may add, change or discontinue features and will announce important changes in the app.
2. Your account
- Sign up with an email you can receive mail at, and keep your password safe.
- Your account is for you only — don't share it or impersonate others.
- If someone else is using your account, change your password and contact us right away.
3. Acceptable use
When using Foxy Pouch, please don't:
- Use it for anything illegal, or record or upload unlawful, infringing, obscene or harassing content (including profile pictures, ledger names and notes).
- Invite people to a shared ledger without their consent, or record in someone else's name.
- Attack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the system, or access the service in bulk with scripts.
4. Shared ledgers
- Transactions synced to a shared ledger are visible to all of its members.
- Splits, settlements and entries recorded for others are confirmed between members. Foxy Pouch only provides calculation and record-keeping tools; we never handle or hold money and are not involved in payments or disputes between members.
- A ledger's creator can remove members or delete the ledger. Deleting a ledger keeps transactions in each member's personal records and removes splits and settlements.
5. Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You can edit, delete or export them to CSV / Excel at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. We recommend exporting regular backups of important data.
6. Disclaimer
- Amounts, statistics, budgets and splits are calculated from the data you enter and are for reference only — not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
- Exchange rates and crypto prices come from third-party services and may be delayed or inaccurate.
- We do our best to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by maintenance, network or third-party failures, or events beyond our control.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
7. Ending use
You can stop using Foxy Pouch at any time and ask us to delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date on this page, notifying you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
