隱私權政策

狐吉記帳（Foxy Pouch，以下稱「我們」）重視你的隱私。這份政策說明我們會收集哪些資料、怎麼使用、誰看得到，以及你可以怎麼管理自己的資料。
1. 我們收集的資料
- 帳號資料：註冊用的 Email 和密碼。密碼由登入服務加密保存，我們看不到你的密碼。
- 個人資料：你填的名稱、選填的大頭貼。
- 記帳資料：你輸入的帳戶、帳務、分類、預算、存錢目標、待買清單、定期帳務、分期付款、小寵物狀態等。
- 共同帳本資料：帳本名稱、成員在帳本中的名稱與 Email、同步到帳本的帳務、分攤、結算、待買清單、幫忙記的帳。
- 意見回饋：你送出的內容，以及使用的平台（網頁、Android、iOS）與語言，方便我們回覆與修正問題。
- 只存在你裝置上的設定：語言、主題、提醒等設定，以及 App 鎖的 PIN 碼（只以雜湊形式保存）。這些不會上傳。
我們不會要求你提供銀行帳號密碼、信用卡卡號、身分證字號，也不收集你的位置或通訊錄，沒有放廣告追蹤。
2. 我們怎麼使用這些資料
- 提供記帳、統計、預算、共同帳本、分帳結算等功能，並在你的不同裝置間同步。
- 寄送登入驗證、重設密碼的信件；在 App 內通知你邀請、分帳、結算、幫你記的帳等事件。
- 回覆你的意見回饋與客服詢問，改善 App。
我們不會出售、出租你的資料，也不會把資料用在廣告上。
3. 誰看得到你的資料
- 你的個人記帳資料只有你自己看得到，由資料庫的權限規則保護。
- 你加入共同帳本後，同一本帳本的成員看得到：你在帳本中的名稱與 Email、你同步到這本帳本的帳務、分攤與結算、待買清單與幫忙記的帳。沒有同步的帳務，其他成員看不到。
- 大頭貼以公開網址存放，知道網址的人可以看到圖片，請不要上傳不想公開的照片。
- 除非法律要求，我們不會把你的資料提供給其他人。
4. 我們使用的外部服務
- Supabase：資料庫、登入驗證與檔案（大頭貼）儲存，資料存放在日本東京的機房。
- Cloudflare：網站與 App 網頁版的託管。
- open.er-api.com、CoinGecko：查詢匯率與加密貨幣價格，只會送出幣別代號，不含你的個人資料。
- Google Fonts：網頁可能從 Google 下載字型。
這些服務在提供服務時可能會記錄你的 IP 位址等連線資訊，請參考各服務的隱私權政策。
5. 保存期間與你的權利
- 資料會保存到你刪除它，或你要求刪除帳號為止。
- 你可以隨時修改或刪除單筆資料；在「我的 → 設定 → 記帳重置」清空記帳資料；也可以在設定裡匯出 CSV / Excel。
- 如果要刪除整個帳號與所有資料，請透過下方的信箱或 LINE 聯絡我們。確認是本人後，我們會刪除你的帳號與資料。共同帳本中已和其他成員結算的紀錄，可能會保留必要的部分，讓其他成員的帳對得起來。
6. 資料安全
資料傳輸使用 HTTPS 加密，資料庫以權限規則限制每位使用者只能存取自己和所屬帳本的資料。不過網路上沒有百分之百安全的系統，請妥善保管你的密碼，也可以開啟 App 鎖。
7. 未成年人
如果你未滿 18 歲，請在父母或法定代理人同意下使用狐吉記帳。
8. 政策更新
這份政策更新時，我們會修改本頁的生效日期；有重大變更時，也會在 App 內通知你。

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026
Foxy Pouch (狐吉記帳, "we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who can see it, and how you can manage your data. If this English version differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. What we collect
- Account: the email and password you sign up with. Passwords are stored encrypted by our sign-in service; we cannot see them.
- Profile: your display name and an optional profile picture.
- Records: the accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, savings goals, shopping lists, recurring bills, installments and pet status you enter.
- Shared ledgers: ledger names, members' names and emails within the ledger, and the transactions, splits, settlements, shopping lists and proxy entries synced to it.
- Feedback: what you send us, plus your platform (web, Android, iOS) and language so we can reply and fix issues.
- On-device settings only: language, theme and reminder settings, and your app-lock PIN (stored only as a hash). These are not uploaded.
We never ask for bank logins, card numbers or national ID numbers, we don't collect your location or contacts, and we use no ad tracking.
2. How we use it
- To provide record keeping, statistics, budgets, shared ledgers and settlements, and to sync across your devices.
- To send sign-in and password-reset emails, and to notify you in the app about invitations, splits, settlements and entries made for you.
- To answer feedback and support requests and improve the app.
We do not sell or rent your data or use it for advertising.
3. Who can see your data
- Your personal records are visible only to you, protected by database permission rules.
- When you join a shared ledger, its members can see your name and email in that ledger, the transactions you sync to it, splits and settlements, shopping lists and proxy entries. Transactions you don't sync stay private.
- Profile pictures are stored at public URLs; anyone with the link can view the image, so please don't upload photos you want to keep private.
- We don't share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase: database, authentication and file (profile picture) storage, hosted in Tokyo, Japan.
- Cloudflare: hosting for this website and the web app.
- open.er-api.com, CoinGecko: exchange rates and crypto prices; only currency codes are sent, no personal data.
- Google Fonts: web pages may download fonts from Google.
These services may log connection information such as your IP address. Please see their own privacy policies.
5. Retention and your rights
- We keep your data until you delete it or ask us to delete your account.
- You can edit or delete any record, clear your records under Me → Settings → Reset, and export to CSV / Excel in Settings.
- To delete your account and all data, contact us by email or LINE below. After confirming it's you, we'll delete your account and data. Records already settled with other members of a shared ledger may be kept where needed so their books still balance.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and database rules limit each user to their own data and the ledgers they belong to. No online system is 100% secure, so please keep your password safe and consider turning on the app lock.
7. Minors
If you are under 18, please use Foxy Pouch with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Changes
When this policy changes we'll update the effective date on this page, and notify you in the app about significant changes.
